Assam’s youth writer Abhijit Bora bags the most prestigious “Sahitya Academy Yuva Purashkar 2021” for his book. “ Deuka Kobai Jai” a collection of Short Stories.
Abhijit Bora hails from the Golaghat district of Assam, and currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. from Cotton University, Assam. He completed his HS from Jamuguri Higher Secondary School, Golaghat and completed his graduation form Debraj Roy College, Golaghat.
Last year, his book was awarded with Munin Borkotoky literary Award 2020.
Meanwhile, Mrinal Kalita received Bal Sahitya Puraskar.
