US Space Force has been given a new name. Space Force officers, which were already very interesting, will now be called ‘Guardians’. After this announcement, people have started comparing Force with the famous Hollywood film ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ and this name is becoming quite popular. The country’s Vice President Mike Pence announced this on Friday.
Pence said, “Soldiers, sailors, airmen, naval and guardians will protect our country for generations to come.” The Space Force organization trains and works on equipment to protect the interests of the US and allied countries in space. Space Force responsibilities include the development of military space professionals, designing military space systems. It was directed by President Donald Trump in 2019 and it was ready after 10 months.
